Role Overview
The Time Schedule Planner position is a full-time, on-site role located in Jiddah. This role involves creating, revising, and tracking project schedules to ensure all activities align with project milestones and contractual obligations. Daily responsibilities include collecting data from project managers and site teams, developing comprehensive timelines, pinpointing critical paths, and detecting potential delays or risks. Coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction departments is essential to updating schedules to reflect actual progress. The planner prepares periodic reports and advises on necessary corrective measures.

The planner supports management by forecasting schedules, offering insights into resource allocation, and contributing to comprehensive project planning and performance evaluations.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera and MS Project, with proven experience in building and maintaining detailed construction or contracting schedules.
- Strong grasp of project management concepts, particularly critical path method, resource planning, and monitoring progress within trading and contracting contexts.
- Capability to aggregate and analyze data from various sources, prepare lucid schedule reports, and communicate recommendations effectively to management and project teams.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and competence in handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site while maintaining professional relations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or similar disciplines; professional certifications in planning or project management are beneficial.
- Previous experience in construction, contracting, or infrastructure projects is advantageous, alongside knowledge of local regulations and industry norms.
- Familiarity with standard office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and solid numerical and analytical aptitude to support scheduling and cost assessment activities.
