About the Role
This full-time position involves advancing and perfecting an AI-based recruitment platform named Zara, designed to automate the sourcing, screening, and communication with potential candidates. The role requires strong expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence alongside collaboration with multiple teams to roll out scalable and efficient recruitment technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enhance machine learning algorithms to boost Zara’s accuracy and effectiveness in matching candidates to roles.
- Build and maintain backend systems that support natural language processing for parsing resumes and analyzing job descriptions.
- Integrate the AI system with applicant tracking systems, human resource databases, and external job boards through API connections.
- Work closely with data scientists and product managers to refine dataset quality for training and assess AI model performance metrics.
- Ensure that recruitment processes comply with privacy laws and uphold ethical AI standards, minimizing bias.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Python programming with experience in machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong knowledge of natural language processing tools like spaCy or Hugging Face.
- Proven experience deploying scalable AI systems within production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker.
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL database management for efficient data handling and extraction.
- Understanding of ethical AI considerations and strategies to reduce bias in recruitment technologies.
- Knowledge of RESTful API development and microservices architectural patterns.
- Competence in designing data pipelines and managing ETL workflows.
