About the Role
The Team Member Plus position is centered around flexibility and active involvement across multiple departments in the resort. You will rotate across various areas rather than being confined to a single department, ensuring a dynamic and engaging workweek. Typical duties include cleaning guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, while the rest of the week involves supporting teams in sports and activities, food and beverage services including restaurants, quick-serve food, buffets, bars, shops, and the fairground. You might find yourself assisting in more than one area during a single shift.
Apprenticeship Opportunities
Apprenticeship programs are available alongside this role, with options such as Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, and Retailer Level 2 Training Courses. Interested candidates will receive more information during the recruitment process.
Candidate Profile
We seek enthusiastic and adaptable individuals who enjoy multitasking and are keen on acquiring new skills through teamwork. Prior experience is not necessary; what counts most is a positive attitude, energetic approach, a readiness to engage hands-on, and a sincere desire to enrich the guest experience. Candidates holding qualifications such as FA Level 1 football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes certification, or NCPLH personal licence qualification are particularly encouraged to apply.
Employment Details
- Full-time employment with 30-35 working hours per week spread over 5 days within a 7-day week
- Evening and weekend shifts are part of the schedule
- Live-in accommodation can be provided for those relocating
