Role Overview

The Spa Therapist is entrusted with providing a diverse selection of premium spa treatments to guests, aiming to ensure their comfort, relaxation, and overall satisfaction. This role demands delivering personalized services, upholding high treatment standards, and enhancing the luxury spa atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer spa treatments such as massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps.
• Evaluate guests’ needs to suggest suitable treatments.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of supplies.
• Stay informed about the latest spa products, services, and industry trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to help guests feel relaxed and cherished.
• Strictly follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Encourage guests to experience additional spa services and purchase products to improve satisfaction and sales.
• Preserve guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related discipline.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapies like aromatherapy, reflexology, hydrotherapy, or Turkish spa techniques.
• At least two years of experience working as a spa therapist in a high-end spa or luxury hotel environment.
• Competency in diverse massage methods and spa treatments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact well with guests.
• Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays as required.
