Software Developer (Web, Mobile, Python, React & Full Stack)

About the Role

XenAI Tech is seeking dynamic and skilled Software Developers to join their expanding engineering division. Developers will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, deploying, and supporting modern web, mobile, and cloud applications. This role involves working closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a range of technologies including React.js, Next.js, Angular, Flutter, React Native, Android, iOS, Python, Node.js, REST APIs, and DevOps tools. A strong inclination for clean coding, problem-solving aptitude, and eagerness to embrace emerging technologies are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Create responsive user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for various services.
• Build robust and scalable backend architectures.
• Integrate various third-party APIs and payment processing systems.
• Write clear, maintainable, reusable code following best practices.
• Conduct debugging, testing, and performance tuning of applications.
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers and quality assurance teams.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute actively in agile workflows.
• Ensure software security and optimize application performance.
• Manage deployment and monitoring on cloud infrastructure.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
• 0 to 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in programming and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies including React.js, Next.js, and Vue.js.
• Backend expertise in Node.js, Express.js, Python, Django, and FastAPI.
• Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Firebase, and Supabase.
• Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git and GitHub.
• Exposure to containerization and CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Competence in integrating payment gateways within applications.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with teamwork capability.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to quickly adapt and learn.
• Self-motivation and capability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Preferred experience with AI/LLM APIs, SEO and web performance optimization, and ERP/CRM systems.
• A portfolio or GitHub repository showcasing past work is advantageous.
