Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Transport orders from designated staging lanes for shipment.
• Allocate products for shipping based on supervisor instructions.
• Work closely with the Shipping Clerk and Supervisor to follow daily shipping plans.
• Participate actively in quality control procedures.
• Load and unload trucks, properly completing documentation to ensure quantity accuracy and shipment accountability.
• Apply shrink wrap, label pallets appropriately, and load shipments under supervisor guidance.
• Unload inbound containers, palletize items, verify and stage inventory in an organized manner.
• Record and stage products precisely for accountability when receipting shipments.
• Identify any product damage at the point of receipt.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, debris-free workplace.
• Accurately document all inventory movements.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to dress code as specified in the employee handbook.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
• Capability to safely lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds.

Schedule and Compensation

The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Compensation starts at $17.50 per hour.
