Role Overview
The position of Shift Incharge at Kaizen CNC Centre in Bengaluru involves overseeing CNC Turning and VMC machine operations during shifts. This role demands hands-on management of manpower, ensuring smooth machine settings, and maintaining high productivity levels.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Set and adjust CNC Turning and Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines as per requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate manpower during assigned shifts to guarantee operational efficiency.
- Continuously monitor productivity metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
- Maintain machines by conducting routine upkeep and troubleshooting parameter settings.
- Apply expertise in using measuring instruments for accuracy and quality assurance.
- Interpret engineering drawings to ensure correct machine setup and production standards.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient with CNC Turning and VMC machine operation and settings.
- Experience in managing shop floor manpower effectively.
- Knowledgeable in usage of various measuring tools and instruments.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings thoroughly.
- Competence in performing preventive machine maintenance and adjusting parameters to optimize output.
Additional Information
The monthly salary ranges from ₹23,000 to ₹35,000 based on experience and qualifications.
