Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Overview

Qreators is building software products and platforms for the safety sector, with a focus on serving organizations across the region. The company is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to take ownership of the first product and help shape it from the ground up.

What you will do

• Develop the first version of the product end to end, covering backend, frontend, and database work.
• Take responsibility for the technical design and major engineering choices.
• Create and connect APIs, including both internal services and external integrations.
• Set up deployment pipelines, environments, and core DevOps foundations.
• Progress into a technical leadership role as the product and team expand.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with a strong record of delivering complete products independently or as the lead developer.
• Backend experience building REST APIs and services in a modern language such as Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#.
• Frontend experience with React, Vue, or Angular, along with the ability to create responsive interfaces.
• Hands-on work with both relational and NoSQL databases, plus integration of third-party APIs.
• Confidence using Git and the ability to deploy and maintain applications on your own.
• Preferred exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience creating AI-powered or data-driven features is a plus.

Location and engagement

This role is based in Doha, Qatar and is fully onsite. Relocation support is available. The position is full-time and includes a share in net profits.
