Job description
About Nutritics
Nutritics is innovating the way hospitality and foodservice sectors manage their operations by providing total transparency and oversight of food, menus, supply chains, and environmental sustainability. Supported by over 500 customers globally—including contract caterers, restaurant chains, healthcare, and educational institutions—we are a trusted food data platform. With private equity backing, we are rapidly expanding across the UK, Ireland, and entering the US market, aiming to become the leading global food information platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Dedicate 80% of your time to outbound lead generation using cold calling as the primary tactic to fuel the sales pipeline.
- Review and qualify inbound leads based on PACT principles and transition suitable leads to the sales team.
- Manage and close smaller inbound-driven enterprise deals up to €10,000 in value, averaging €6,000, handling the full sales process from qualification through to close; these are strategic, non-technical agreements.
- Engage potential clients through multiple outbound channels such as cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video tools like Vidyard.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations with qualified prospects for the sales team.
- Conduct customer demos when appropriate to showcase our solutions.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records in CRM to track activities, pipeline status, and opportunities.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly targets for qualified sales opportunities.
- Develop strong product understanding and effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Utilize the MEDDIC sales methodology throughout the sales cycle.
- Employ modern AI technologies and intelligence platforms to refine target account research, personalize outreach, and enhance outbound campaign effectiveness.
Career Growth and Development
- Make a noticeable impact and receive recognition contributing to global expansion.
- Collaborate with seasoned management and high-profile customers internationally.
- Participate in biannual performance evaluations and personalized development plans aligned with your career goals.
- Benefit from continuous mentoring, coaching, and expanded responsibilities as the company grows.
- Access well-defined career progression into senior leadership and specialized roles amid our global growth.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 2 years of experience as an SDR or in sales roles.
- Motivated to develop skills and advance professionally in this position.
- Show genuine enthusiasm for outbound lead generation activities.
- Confident in business development or eager to rapidly improve in this area.
- Proven ability to cultivate a personal brand through social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about the company’s mission and committed to delivering quality work.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in the foodservice or nutrition sectors is desirable but not required.
Company Culture and Values
Nutritics places people at the center of our rapid growth, embodying five core values: Team First, Open Communication, No Ego, Integrity, and The Rocket 🚀. We foster an open, collaborative environment where transparency and results take priority over hierarchy. Joining us means becoming part of an award-winning culture balancing fast-paced international expansion with care for employee wellbeing and development.
Benefits and Work Conditions
- 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays, increasing with tenure.
- Work-life balance supported by perks such as summer hours and enhanced parental leave.
- Health and wellbeing allowance.
- Company-matched pension contributions.
- Life insurance coverage.
- Competitive, market-aligned salary package.
- Corporate travel insurance.
- Opportunities for professional advancement and skill-building.
- Training and development programs.
- Supportive and experienced colleagues to collaborate with.
Location and Working Hours
