Job Overview

We seek a Python Odoo Developer to join our dynamic and expanding team, contributing to the online trading and investment sector. This role involves collaborative development, design, testing, and deployment of software solutions tailored to business needs, all within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to create and enhance features and products.
• Develop custom software solutions aligned with defined business requirements.
• Formulate detailed technical specifications, selecting suitable technologies and workflows that comply with coding standards.
• Present and demonstrate developed implementations to team leaders and senior management.
• Create and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
• Maintain high standards of software quality including security, maintainability, and extensibility.
• Engage in code reviews to detect code anti-patterns and opportunities for refactoring.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by supervisors as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience with Python; PHP skills are a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with the Odoo platform.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and architecture.
• Technical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of software quality assurance and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Experience developing microservices and handling containerized applications.
• Basic knowledge of WebSockets technology.
• Some experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Helm.
• Competence in version control and continuous integration tools including Git and Jenkins.
• Awareness of web security best practices and standards.
