About the Role

Homes for Support Ltd is seeking a dependable and experienced Property Maintenance Worker to join their team in Crewe, Cheshire. This full-time position involves carrying out diverse maintenance tasks to ensure safe and well-maintained environments for children and young people across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing general maintenance and repair duties on properties.
• Handling painting and decorating work.
• Executing basic building and repair tasks.
• Assisting with refurbishment and improvement projects.
• Promptly and professionally addressing maintenance concerns as they arise.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in property maintenance, building, or a related DIY role, including possession of relevant tools.
• Strong general maintenance and DIY skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing one's workload.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
• Holds a valid full UK driving licence.
• Additional advantage for candidates proficient in the Polish language.
