Role Summary
The Senior Technical Lead role entails leading technical teams focused on developing, deploying, and maintaining Java applications utilizing Spring Boot, AWS, and Docker technologies. The position demands delivering high-quality software solutions, optimizing system performance, and applying technical expertise to foster innovation and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor development teams in the design, creation, and deployment of Java-based applications.
- Architect and implement solutions leveraging the Spring Boot framework to deliver efficient and reliable software.
- Develop scalable and secure cloud applications through Amazon Web Services.
- Use Docker containerization for effective application deployment and lifecycle management.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business goals.
- Perform code reviews, optimize system performance, and resolve technical issues to preserve application quality.
- Keep abreast of emerging technological trends to propose and integrate improvements and innovations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Java programming for designing robust and scalable applications.
- Extensive experience with the Spring Boot framework for Java application development and management.
- In-depth expertise with Amazon Web Services for cloud application design and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerizing and managing applications.
