Interior Designer / Architect / Senior Draftsman

Overview

WoodKraft India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Interior Architect or Senior Draftsman to contribute to interior design projects through detailed drafting and documentation. The role involves delivering precise working and shop drawings, coordinating with various project stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project execution aligned with design plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive working drawings, shop drawings, and related documentation for interior design projects utilizing AutoCAD.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timelines by liaising with contractors and suppliers.
• Estimate the quantities and types of materials necessary for construction in accordance with design guidelines.
• Visit project sites regularly to oversee work progress, address challenges, and suggest effective resolutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess between five and eight years of professional experience in Interior Architecture or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in producing detailed drawings and documentation using AutoCAD software.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and accessibility requirements specific to commercial interior spaces.
• Strong communication abilities to foster collaboration with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
