Human Workflows and UX Designer

Overview

We are seeking a Human Workflows and UX Designer to craft straightforward, intuitive, and user-centric experiences for our SaaS platform, primarily supporting energy, electrification, and sustainability sectors. This role demands close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering teams to transform intricate workflows into clear digital solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and refine complete user journeys and workflows aimed at B2B clientele.
• Distill complex information, processes, and decisions into accessible and easy-to-navigate interfaces.
• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using design tools such as Figma.
• Partner with Product Managers and engineers to convert product requirements into actionable and practical design solutions.
• Develop user experiences for AI-driven and automated workflows that prioritize clarity, transparency, and ease of use.
• Conduct user interviews, perform usability testing, and carry out research to gather insights into customer expectations and challenges.
• Craft dashboards and interfaces that clearly display complex operational and financial data.
• Identify usability problems and continuously enhance the overall user experience.
• Effectively articulate design concepts and proposals to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the fields of UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Design, Cognitive Science, or closely related disciplines.
• Between 5 to 8 years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design roles.
• A robust portfolio highlighting expertise in workflow design, journey mapping, and B2B or enterprise software design.
• Relevant certifications in UX Research, Design Thinking, or Agile methodologies are advantageous.
• Proven experience with B2B SaaS products, enterprise solutions, or platforms that manage extensive datasets.
• Preferable experience designing AI, automation, or machine learning-related workflows.
• Familiarity collaborating with Product Managers and engineering teams within Agile development environments.
• Background or experience in energy, utilities, electrification, or sustainability industries is a plus.
