Job Description
The HR Manager role requires a dynamic individual who will help customers in selecting suitable outfits while ensuring that the store environment remains visually appealing and current with fashion trends. The candidate will foster seamless teamwork to efficiently accomplish daily operations. They are expected to communicate updates transparently between management, employees, and customers to maintain satisfaction at all levels. Leading the sales floor by example, the HR Manager will oversee shifts to ensure targets are reached, provide training, support, and scheduling for team members to bolster their performance, and ensure a safe, healthy, and equitable workplace environment that promotes employee wellbeing.
