Job Location and Experience

This role is based in Hyderabad, India, with options also available in Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Pune, and Kochi. Candidates are required to have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

Role Overview

The position calls for an experienced Genesys Engineer with a strong background in Genesys Contact Center technologies. Responsibilities include development and troubleshooting of Genesys routing, investigating SIP protocol issues, conducting log analysis, implementing voice and multimedia solutions, and providing production support. The candidate will operate in Agile setups and must possess excellent communication capabilities.

Key Skills and Knowledge Areas

• Proficiency with Genesys contact center technology
• Expertise in SIP protocol troubleshooting and debugging
• Experience with URS, ORS, GVP, and eServices platforms
• Development of routing strategies and CTI integration
• Handling voice and multimedia communication channels effectively
