Key Responsibilities

• Offer friendly and courteous customer service by greeting shoppers, promoting products and services, helping locate items, supporting purchase decisions, addressing issues, and appropriately escalating concerns.
• Maintain and oversee assigned sales floor areas, including zoning and organizing merchandise sections.
• Relocate featured merchandise to designated modular locations.
• Retrieve merchandise from customer service desks or other store areas for recovery purposes.
• Provide support at front-end checkout stations when needed.
• Coordinate with fellow associates to ensure continuous floor coverage.
• Promote a safe and clean working environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Stock shelves and pick products, including downstocks if applicable; apply product protection measures when required; set and adjust modular units including flexible modulars and install new shelf caps.

Compensation

The starting wage for this role is $17.75 per hour.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must be at least 16 years of age.
