Foreman - General / Finishing

Role Overview

Our client, a distinguished Tier 1 Main Contractor specializing in large-scale construction projects, is looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise high-standard site operations and subcontractor activities for projects in the Munster region, specifically Cork.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all general concrete works and site teams to ensure projects are completed with superior quality and strict adherence to project specifications.
• Plan, organize, and oversee subcontractors to ensure that all work aligns with project timelines and deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with the Health & Safety team to uphold a safe and compliant working environment across the site.
• Provide leadership and guidance to large contractor teams, fostering teamwork and ensuring productivity.
• Maintain strong communication channels, offering regular progress updates and detailed reports on site performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with the Site Manager and project team to maintain consistent quality standards in all site activities.

Requirements & Skills

• Extensive experience in a General or Finishing Foreman role within large construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of general concrete works and expertise in quality assurance and safety compliance.

Salary and Benefits

• Annual Salary ranging from €60,000 to €80,000, depending on experience.
