About the Role

As our team at Flatpay expands, so does our office and the logistics behind keeping it running smoothly. In your role as a Facility Service Associate, you ensure that daily office operations run efficiently, providing a well-organized and welcoming work environment for all employees.

You will manage inventory and orders, coordinate with external service providers, and actively assist with on-site errands. Combining organizational skills with a practical hands-on approach, you will identify needs and swiftly resolve any unexpected challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ordering and coordination of supplies for field staff and oversee the internal Shopify platform.
• Maintain regular communication with external vendors, monitor stock levels, and handle changes proactively.
• Receive deliveries and assist with minor maintenance and repairs within the office space.
• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning from reception areas to employee kitchens.
• Create and maintain a pleasant and inviting workspace where all colleagues feel comfortable.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in building cleaning, housekeeping, or office facility management is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working with computers; proficient in Excel and quick to adapt to digital tools and workflows.
• Enjoys practical work and is willing to take hands-on action when needed.
• Possesses a keen eye for cleanliness, orderliness, and efficient processes.
• Excellent communication skills in German are essential; English language skills are beneficial but not required.
• Supportive team player contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.
• Resilient and capable of adapting well to spontaneous situations.
