Docker (Flexible Team)

About the Role

APM Terminals is seeking dedicated dockers to actively participate in port and container yard operations physically, efficiently, and safely. The work location for this position is Poti, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling loading and unloading of containers, rail wagons, trucks, and other warehouse goods.
• Maintaining cleanliness of operational areas and warehouses regularly.
• Executing cargo delivery and pickup operations following established internal standard operating procedures.
• Performing duties of a signalman during cargo operations as needed.
• Attaching or detaching container locks on container ships following prescribed safety rules and operational standards.
• Verifying container seals at exit points.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is necessary.
