About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dayforce Functional Consultant to join our team in Sydney. This role requires deep functional knowledge in Dayforce HCM and its various modules, coupled with strong business acumen in HR and Payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise
- Demonstrate expertise in handling Dayforce Human Capital Management platform and its functionalities.
- Manage comprehensive payroll processing tasks efficiently.
- Administer employee records, ensuring accurate onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Oversee learning management and HR administrative activities.
- Handle leave and attendance management alongside workforce scheduling responsibilities.
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle management ensuring compliance with Australian payroll and workforce mandates.
Technical Skills Required
- Set up and configure Dayforce platform and maintain system administration.
- Manage HR system integrations along with effective data handling capabilities.
- Develop reports, analytics, and interactive dashboards for business intelligence.
- Apply testing techniques and manage software releases effectively.
