Customer Delivery Assistant

Role Overview

Join Currys plc in Dublin as a Customer Delivery Assistant on a permanent, full-time basis. This role, graded at Level 1, offers a salary of €31,000 with a shift pattern of five days over seven (41 hours per week). As a member of the home delivery service, you will be the welcoming face delivering the latest technology directly to customers' homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with multi-drop deliveries alongside delivery drivers, including lifting and handling heavy items.
• Ensure every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
• Install a variety of tech products such as washing machines, fridge-freezers, and 4K TVs to help customers enjoy their technology fully.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills paired with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Preferably hold a car driving licence and have some prior experience working in delivery roles or visiting customer homes.
• Physically capable of handling heavy stock during deliveries and installations.
