Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Handover Coordinator with specialized expertise in Radio Access Network (RAN) to oversee comprehensive site handover tasks within telecom network deployment projects. This role demands strong RAN knowledge, practical experience in site handover, and effective coordination of vendor Provisional Acceptance Test activities to ensure seamless transition of completed sites to operational status.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of site handover for new site constructions and telecom network rollouts.
• Oversee and monitor vendor, customer, and internal teams during Provisional Acceptance Test activities.
• Examine site readiness, evaluate acceptance standards, ensure quality compliance, and address necessary remedial actions before handover.
• Complete, verify, and provide handover documentation, acceptance reports, and site closure packages.
• Liaise with RAN deployment units, operational teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to troubleshoot handover challenges.
• Track handover targets, outstanding tasks, defects, and closeout of punch points to facilitate prompt acceptance.
• Deliver transparent handover progress updates including risks and mitigation strategies during project governance meetings.
• Enable operational preparedness and ensure smooth handover of accepted sites into live environments.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 5 to 9 years of professional experience in RAN deployment, rollout, site implementation, or other telecommunication network delivery projects.
• Proven hands-on capability in performing Site Handover, Site Acceptance, and managing vendor Provisional Acceptance Test tasks.
• Comprehensive understanding of RAN deployment workflows, site lifecycle management, acceptance protocols, and quality standards.
• Experienced in collaborating with major telecom equipment manufacturers like Nokia, Huawei, or Ericsson.
• Skilled at managing essential documentation, milestone tracking, resolving readiness issues, and closing pending items effectively.
