Cleaning Operative

Job Overview

This role involves ensuring cleanliness to a high standard at client sites following management's instructions. The position requires working Monday to Friday, 4pm to 8pm.

Primary Duties

• Maintain excellent cleaning standards as directed.
• Properly handle and maintain cleaning tools and machinery.
• Foster positive relationships with clients at the assigned sites.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any client concerns or complaints.
• Carry out other reasonable tasks assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning, with ability to perform manual cleaning tasks.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Capable of working independently and cooperatively in a team.
• Dependable and trustworthy.
