Role Overview

This full-time position for a Cleaning Crew Member is remote with the requirement to travel to assigned locations to execute cleaning tasks. Core duties encompass sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting various surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, trash disposal, and replenishing supplies. Employees will adhere to detailed checklists and safety protocols, utilize company-approved products and equipment, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Effective communication with supervisors about completed work, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns, and managing schedules using phone or digital platforms are also essential. The role demands reliability, punctuality, self-motivation, and professionalism at customer sites.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficient in routine cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Capable of following thorough cleaning checklists and safety instructions while upholding company quality standards.
• Basic understanding of proper handling, storage, and safety measures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Strong skills in time management and organization, able to independently prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Effective and respectful communication abilities for interaction with supervisors, clients, and teammates, including use of phones or digital methods to obtain instructions.
• Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and transporting cleaning equipment and supplies for long periods.
• Must have reliable transportation to reach various client locations timely.
• Previous experience in professional cleaning or janitorial work is advantageous but not mandatory; training is provided on the job.
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
