Job description
Role Overview
The Associate Housing Manager oversees the comprehensive management and administration of all employee housing accommodations. This position is responsible for sustaining safe, comfortable, and regulation-compliant living spaces that promote associate wellbeing and uphold the high service standards of Rosewood Red Sea.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of all associate housing facilities.
- Enforce accommodation assignment policies in line with company standards.
- Supervise room allocation processes including check-ins, check-outs, and room changes.
- Maintain precise records of accommodations and occupancy statistics.
- Monitor housing availability and predict future lodging needs.
- Create and sustain a positive residential atmosphere enhancing associate wellbeing.
- Respond promptly and professionally to associate housing concerns.
- Organize regular meetings and forums to gather associate feedback regarding accommodation.
- Collaborate with Talent & Culture teams to promote engagement initiatives within housing communities.
- Facilitate welfare programs, recreational activities, and community-building events.
- Carry out routine inspections of housing facilities.
- Liaise with Facilities Management and outside contractors to ensure timely maintenance completion.
- Oversee cleanliness, housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, and upkeep of common areas.
- Ensure housing assets are preserved according to established quality standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Human Resources, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in accommodation, housing, facilities management, hospitality operations, or associate services.
- Preferred experience managing large-scale employee housing.
- Bonus points for experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, or operations in remote destinations.
