Role Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Assistant Store Manager to join our Wendouree location. This role involves leading store operations, supporting the Store Manager, motivating the team to exceed sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager by overseeing daily store operations and ensuring commercial success.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the in-store team to achieve and surpass sales goals while exemplifying Pandora’s customer service standards.
• Manage stock control, store procedures, scheduling, security, and track team sales performance.
• Act as the store's leader in the Store Manager's absence, maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor.
• Become a product expert through comprehensive training in Pandora’s luxury handcrafted jewellery and support team development.
