Role overview
This assembly position is designed for people who need steady full-time work with the ability to control when they work. Through the scheduling app, you can select the shifts and workdays that suit your routine, and you can release a shift if your plans change so another team member can cover it.
The role is with Stanley Black & Decker in Martin, Tennessee and follows a 1st shift schedule. Before starting, you will complete a short observation shift so you can see the work environment and expectations in advance.
Schedule and pay
- Shift timing: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Workdays: Monday through Friday, with shift selection managed in the app
- Pay rate: $16.50 per hour
- Payment frequency: every Friday
- Same-day pay: available as an option
- Location: Stanley Black & Decker, Martin, TN
What you will do
- Support the production line and help maintain smooth daily output.
- Prepare your workstation and take part in line changeovers and Lean process activities.
- Coordinate with the Team Coach and Team Leader to complete assigned production tasks.
