Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Workflow Coordinator to join our AI & Automation team. This role involves designing, developing, and sustaining intelligent automation workflows that minimize manual effort, enhance operational efficiency, and leverage AI technology effectively. The successful candidate will integrate AI models, automation platforms, APIs, and business systems into scalable automation solutions, collaborating closely with software development, AI, cloud, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine business processes to identify potential AI-driven automation opportunities.
- Create and deploy intelligent workflows using automation platforms.
- Utilize tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, and other similar platforms.
- Integrate AI models and APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini into workflows.
- Develop AI agents and automated workflows supporting business functions.
- Construct integrations via REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party services.
- Automate processes like lead management, customer support, data handling, reporting, document workflows, and internal operations.
- Connect various platforms including CRM, ERP, communication tools, databases, and cloud services.
- Write automation scripts in Python or JavaScript as needed.
- Conduct testing, monitoring, optimization, error handling, and logging of workflows.
- Document automation processes and collaborate with developers on custom integrations.
- Research and adopt new AI automation technology advancements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in AI Automation, Workflow Automation, Software Integration, or related areas.
- Proven practical knowledge using automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and integrations.
- Familiarity with AI APIs and Large Language Model (LLM) platforms.
- Strong understanding of automation workflows and optimizing business processes.
- Basic programming skills in Python and JavaScript/Node.js.
- Understanding of databases and managing data workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to convert business needs into technical automation solutions.
- Proficient English communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
Preferred Technical Expertise
- Advanced experience with n8n workflows, Make.com scenarios, and Zapier automation.
- Proficiency with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini APIs; LangChain and LangGraph frameworks; AI Agents; Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows; vector databases.
- Skills in Python automation, JavaScript/Node.js, REST API development, and SQL databases.
- Experience integrating CRM, WhatsApp Business API, Google Workspace automation, Microsoft Power Automate, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Background in automating for domains such as sales, marketing, customer support, HR, finance, eCommerce, SaaS, or enterprise operations is highly desirable.
