Key Responsibilities
- Generate engaging, trendy, and relatable social media content ideas tailored for students.
- Assist in producing diverse content formats including Instagram Reels, memes, carousels, stories, and more.
- Stay updated by researching current trends, sounds, formats, and student conversations actively happening online.
- Craft compelling hooks, captions, and concise scripts for short videos.
- Create and appear confidently on camera for videos and reels.
- Support the management and growth of company social media profiles.
- Analyze ongoing content performance and suggest innovative improvements.
- Collaborate closely with content and design teams to shape ideas into captivating content that resonates and encourages sharing.

Compensation and Perks
- Monthly stipend between ₹14,000 and ₹15,000.
