About the Internship

MARS Cosmetics, an energetic and innovative color cosmetics brand situated in Delhi, invites enthusiastic interns to enhance their product development team. The company aims to revolutionize beauty products by making them more effective and affordable.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research on international beauty trends, examining ingredients, textures, packaging styles, and competitor product launches to discover new product ideas.
• Support the creation of product concepts, including drafting briefs, developing samples and prototypes, and assessing product attributes such as texture, pigmentation, application, and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with various departments including Marketing, Packaging, and Sourcing to ensure seamless progression of product concepts through to execution within the set timelines.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for a full-time internship at the company’s Delhi office.
• Availability to start anytime between August 13, 2026, and September 17, 2026.
• Commitment to the full 3-month internship period.
• Possess relevant skills and interests aligned with product development.
• Preferably be a student of Computer Science Engineering.

Additional Requirements

• Demonstrate a strong curiosity and eagerness to experiment with new product innovations.
• Having a solid understanding of makeup products, including textures, finishes, shades, and application techniques, is advantageous.
• Previous internship or project experience related to New Product Development, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or market research is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 14,000 to INR 15,000 along with a certificate upon successful completion.
