Internship Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Intern to support our commercial interior projects within a cutting-edge virtual reality-based design and contracting company. The role involves assisting with end-to-end purchasing, market research, vendor coordination, documentation, and inventory management to contribute to smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the procurement team with all aspects of purchasing processes for interior design projects.
- Conduct market research to discover, assess, and onboard new vendors and service providers.
- Engage with current vendors to solicit quotations, monitor delivery schedules, and negotiate pricing to reduce costs effectively.
- Prepare, review, and maintain purchasing documents such as Purchase Orders and Work Orders accurately.
- Help with tracking inventory, planning categories, and expediting materials as required.
- Keep detailed procurement records and perform basic analytics using MS Excel and Tally software.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidates must be available for a full-time, on-site internship starting between August 25, 2026 and September 29, 2026, lasting three months.
- Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, Management, or related disciplines.
- 0 to 1 year of experience is preferred but fresh graduates with strong analytical abilities are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of Tally are essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are important, along with a street-smart attitude.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to costing, and the ability to handle multiple vendor communications.
