About the internship
Internship Overview
Join Stareye Media & Entertainment Private Limited as a Photo Editor Intern based at Sector 63, Noida. This full-time, in-office internship spans three months, offering a monthly stipend between 5,000 and 10,000 INR. You will work six days a week, from Tuesday to Sunday, between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and enhance photographs to meet the demands of various projects including fashion, portfolio, commercial, and social media.
- Apply color correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, and other image enhancement techniques.
- Perform skin retouching and basic beauty/fashion edits.
- Eliminate unwanted objects and distractions from images while ensuring uniform editing styles across shoots.
- Prepare images in different formats and resolutions suitable for digital and print media.
- Organize and manage photo assets efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with photographers and the creative team to understand and implement editing requirements.
- Help select and finalize images for client presentation and social media use.
- Ensure quality control and adhere to deadlines.
- Remain abreast of current photo editing and retouching trends.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop, with additional knowledge of Adobe Lightroom viewed as a plus.
- Understanding of color correction and photo retouching principles.
- Strong attention to detail, with an eye for composition and aesthetics.
- Creativity along with a willingness to try diverse editing styles.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver within set timelines.
- Basic photography knowledge is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
