About the internship
MARS Cosmetics is hiring a Performance Creative Intern to manage the testing and production flow for paid campaigns across Google and Meta. This is a highly execution-focused role that connects creative development, media performance, and content production.
What you will do
- Experiment with and refine ad creatives in static, video, and carousel formats for performance campaigns on Meta and Google.
- Review creative metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, and thumb-stop ratio, then turn those findings into fresh creative briefs.
- Work with outside creative and production agencies to finalize scope, timelines, and pricing.
- Coordinate closely with internal design, video editing, and marketing teams to keep creative work on track.
- Organize, support, and attend shoots, including talent, location, equipment, and scheduling arrangements.
- Generate new hooks, angles, and content formats using competitor research, trend observation, and historical campaign data.
- Keep a clear creative testing tracker or calendar showing what is live, what is under testing, and what is performing best.
- Make sure all creatives follow platform requirements and are correctly formatted for Meta and Google, including aspect ratios, durations, and file formats.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, are able to begin between 1 Jul 2026 and 5 Aug 2026, can stay for 3 months, and are based in Delhi. Applicants should also bring relevant skills and genuine interest in the role.
Other requirements
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior exposure to performance marketing or D2C brands.
- Basic experience with video editing or design tools such as Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, or Figma is a plus.
- An understanding of hook-led short-form video structures, including UGC, testimonial, and POV formats, is desirable.
