About the Internship
This internship involves assisting with comprehensive recruitment operations from candidate sourcing through to onboarding. You will use various platforms such as job portals, professional networks, referrals, and additional channels for sourcing potential hires. Key duties also include evaluating resumes, shortlisting suitable candidates according to job profiles, and conducting preliminary HR screening interviews. Coordination tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment databases like ATS, tracking candidate progress, and managing communication with candidates will be essential parts of the role.
Furthermore, you will support the HR department during bulk hiring events and recruitment campaigns, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient documentation of recruiting stages. The role involves preparing recruitment management information systems (MIS) reports and participating in diverse HR functions as needed.
