About the Internship

This HR internship offers practical, day-to-day exposure to people operations in a fast-moving media setting. You will work alongside the HR team and contribute to recruitment, onboarding, employee records, engagement activities, and other core HR initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Support hiring activities by publishing openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interview timings.
• Use MS Excel to maintain candidate data and keep interview schedules organized.
• Help with onboarding tasks, including preparing paperwork for new joiners and assisting during orientation.
• Assist the HR team in updating employee records and keeping information accurate in the HR system.
• Contribute to employee engagement efforts by helping plan company activities and events.
• Support HR projects such as policy revisions, training-related work, and diversity-focused initiatives.
• Strengthen written English communication while interacting with candidates and employees.

Who Can Apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work full time from the office, are able to begin between 25 June 2026 and 30 July 2026, can commit to a 6-month internship, and have the relevant skills and interest in HR.

Stipend and Compensation

The stipend is INR 10,000 to 12,000 per month. The pay is structured as a fixed component of ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month plus an incentive component of ₹2,000 per month.
