About the internship
About the Internship
This internship is based at Times Internet's Film City office in Noida, with working days from Monday to Friday and office hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Candidates must possess a personal laptop to participate.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Assist in the preliminary planning stages of events including coordinating venue arrangements, following up with vendors, and supporting logistics preparation.
- Help prepare event-related documentation such as checklists, run-of-show plans, and timelines to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with various vendors related to production, fabrication, travel, and hospitality to gather updates and confirm requirements, while monitoring deliverables and deadlines.
- Support logistical arrangements such as managing travel schedules, hotel accommodations, and airport transfers for speakers and guests.
- Contribute to on-site event management including setup and dismantling activities, coordinating with vendors and venue teams to facilitate seamless execution.
- Assist in registration processes, badge issuance, and guest reception activities.
- Maintain detailed records including event trackers and vendor directories, and assist in compiling post-event reports.
- Work cross-functionally with editorial, marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive event delivery.

- Available to commence internship between August 14th, 2026 and September 18th, 2026.
- Commitment to a 6-month internship duration.
- Must be located in Noida.

Compensation and Perks
