Internship Overview and Responsibilities

• Craft Hindi and Hinglish scripts tailored for finance-related content.
• Simplify complex, research-heavy materials into easy-to-understand scripts.
• Design content with a clear structure, incorporating storytelling and smooth transitions.
• Develop engaging openings, thought-provoking questions, and encourage audience participation during webinars.
• Break down intricate concepts for comprehension by a general audience.
• Maintain a conversational and natural spoken Hindi tone rather than formal or textbook-style language.
• Ensure all data, statistics, and financial facts remain accurate throughout the scripts.
• Revise and enhance scripts based on feedback from the content and research teams.
• Keep consistent language, tone, and webinar presentation style.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proficiency in Hindi and Hinglish with comfortable writing skills in the Devanagari script.
• Strong abilities in scriptwriting and storytelling techniques.
• Capacity to comprehend English research documents and translate them naturally into Hindi/Hinglish.
• Understanding of effective content sequencing and techniques to sustain audience engagement.
• High attention to detail, especially concerning numerical data and financial information.
• Basic knowledge or keen interest in finance-related topics is preferred.
• Prior scriptwriting experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
