Internship Overview and Responsibilities
- Craft Hindi and Hinglish scripts tailored for finance-related content.
- Simplify complex, research-heavy materials into easy-to-understand scripts.
- Design content with a clear structure, incorporating storytelling and smooth transitions.
- Develop engaging openings, thought-provoking questions, and encourage audience participation during webinars.
- Break down intricate concepts for comprehension by a general audience.
- Maintain a conversational and natural spoken Hindi tone rather than formal or textbook-style language.
- Ensure all data, statistics, and financial facts remain accurate throughout the scripts.
- Revise and enhance scripts based on feedback from the content and research teams.
- Keep consistent language, tone, and webinar presentation style.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proficiency in Hindi and Hinglish with comfortable writing skills in the Devanagari script.
- Strong abilities in scriptwriting and storytelling techniques.
- Capacity to comprehend English research documents and translate them naturally into Hindi/Hinglish.
- Understanding of effective content sequencing and techniques to sustain audience engagement.
- High attention to detail, especially concerning numerical data and financial information.
- Basic knowledge or keen interest in finance-related topics is preferred.
- Prior scriptwriting experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
