About the Role
Stirring Minds, a leading startup incubator in India, seeks passionate AI-focused builders to collaborate with its founding team in identifying and solving business challenges through AI solutions. Instead of performing routine tasks, interns will pinpoint slow, repetitive, or manual processes in sales, operations, HR, marketing, and support functions, designing scalable AI-driven systems to streamline these workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot inefficiencies and repetitive processes in business operations and conceptualize AI-based improvements.
- Develop and deploy automation pipelines, AI agents, internal dashboards, and AI-powered features accessible to customers.
- Collaborate across multiple ventures within the Stirring Minds portfolio to integrate AI capabilities during scaling phases.
- Partner directly with the founding team to identify impactful AI prospects and transform concepts into functional implementations.
- Lead projects end-to-end from initial ideation, prototyping, deployment, to operational adoption.
- Continuously refine and maintain AI systems based on performance feedback and practical use.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to work from home and be available for a six-month internship starting between August 24 and September 28, 2026.
- Candidates should possess relevant skills and interests aligned with AI development and business automation.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong enthusiasm for building AI applications, including agents, automations, and integrations.
- Familiarity or eagerness to quickly learn tools such as Claude, GPT, Python, API integrations, n8n, Make, and modern AI-agent frameworks.
- A builder mindset with focus on shipping, testing, and iterating swiftly.
- High levels of initiative, ownership, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work closely with founders and manage projects critical to business success.
- Previous experience contributing to AI products or startups is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information
- Stipend ranges from INR 12,000 to 20,000 per month, comprising a fixed portion (₹10,000 - ₹15,000) and performance incentives (₹2,000 - ₹5,000).
- Top interns may receive job offers with starting annual salaries between ₹250,000 and ₹400,000.
