About the Internship

This internship offers an opportunity to lead and manage yoga sessions designed to enhance participants' physical and mental wellness. The chosen candidate will conduct online or offline yoga classes emphasizing flexibility, strength, mobility, breathing exercises, and general well-being.

Key duties will include:

• Leading engaging yoga sessions for diverse participant groups.
• Providing expert guidance on correct yoga postures and breathing techniques.
• Adapting exercises to cater to various fitness levels ensuring safe practice.
• Developing comprehensive wellness programs that maintain participant motivation and engagement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to work from home.
• Availability to begin the internship between September 10, 2026 and October 15, 2026.
• Commitment to the full 3-month duration.
• Possession of relevant skills and genuine interest in yoga training.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹40,000, including a fixed amount between ₹8,000 and ₹20,000 plus incentives from ₹2,000 to ₹20,000.
• Certificate of completion and letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
• Flexible working hours accommodating various schedules.
