This role involves actively connecting with 30 to 40 prospective clients each day to present and explain the personalized health transformation programs offered by FUME. The intern will be expected to address client inquiries, tactfully manage objections, and follow up via calls or WhatsApp to encourage conversions. Availability during client peak hours—which may vary between morning, afternoon, or evening—is essential along with coordination with the team through WhatsApp as needed.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
Candidates should be capable of performing the internship entirely from home, with a start date between September 5 and October 10, 2026. Availability for a minimum of three months is mandatory. This opportunity is particularly welcoming to women looking to begin or resume their careers. Candidates must possess excellent spoken communication skills in both English and Hindi and be motivated by sales targets.

- Currently enrolled in distance or online education, or not attending a traditional college, ensuring flexible availability.
- Ownership of a personal mobile phone to make client calls.

- Ability to commit to daily interactions with clients, managing 30 to 40 calls and maintaining active WhatsApp engagement for effective communication.
- Strong interest in learning telecalling and client handling within a real business context, confidence in client conversations, and sales closing capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits
This internship offers a stipend ranging from ₹7,000 to ₹12,000 per month. The stipend comprises a fixed component of ₹5,000 to ₹8,000 plus performance-based incentives from ₹2,000 to ₹4,000 monthly. Additional benefits include a certificate upon successful completion and flexible working hours.
