ENpower offers an internship to become a Tech Trainer, aimed at nurturing children's 21st-century skills through interactive and experiential learning. The company specializes in programs focused on entrepreneurship and business, designed to enhance communication, risk-taking, critical thinking, decision-making, and collaboration. These programs are delivered via role plays, quizzes, case studies, story sessions, real-life projects, and various engaging activities to help students gain practical knowledge beyond traditional textbooks.
Responsibilities
- Deliver STEM-related sessions to students effectively.
- Maintain and organize data related to classroom sessions and student involvement.
- Visit and support assigned schools by conducting STEM workshops directly on-site.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a BTech program specializing in Electronics and Telecommunication, Mechanical Engineering, or Robotics.
- Available for a six-month full-time, in-office internship based in Bangalore.
- Eligible to start between August 20, 2026, and September 24, 2026.
- Prior skills or interest in Robotics, Computer Technology, and the Internet of Things (IoT) are essential.
- Women who wish to commence or resume their careers are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹11,000 to ₹15,000.
- Certificate of completion will be awarded.
- Candidates will work five days per week.
