About the Internship
Join V. Group as a Talent Acquisition intern and gain practical experience in recruitment within a leading global maritime management firm. This internship offers hands-on exposure to talent sourcing, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment events, giving you valuable insights into the talent acquisition lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing qualified candidates utilizing diverse recruitment tools and platforms.
- Screen incoming resumes and facilitate initial candidate interviews to evaluate fit and eligibility.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and candidate databases using MS Excel.
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment events and job fairs to enhance talent pipelines.
- Contribute to drafting clear job descriptions and assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and social media channels.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for full-time, in-office internship in Mumbai.
- Available to start between August 24, 2026, and September 28, 2026.
- Committed to a 2-month internship duration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Possess strong MS Excel skills.
- Have relevant interests and capabilities in talent acquisition.
