About the internship
About the Internship
This internship provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition with an emphasis on recruitment techniques and client interaction. Interns will master sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and job portals, practice resume screening and telephonic HR interviews, coordinate interview logistics, develop professional communication skills with candidates, and gain insights into managing client requirements at consultancy firms. Additionally, they will be introduced to recruitment analytics covering dashboards, candidate pipelines, and tracking recruitment outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Learn effective methods for sourcing talent using LinkedIn and job portals.
- Conduct resume evaluation, telephonic screening calls, and candidate fit assessments.
- Organize and manage interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Draft professional emails, rejection communications, and follow-up correspondence for candidates.
- Engage with clients to understand recruitment requirements and consultancy processes.
- Understand fundamentals of recruitment analytics including dashboard usage and tracking candidate pipelines.

Stipend
