Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full recruitment lifecycle including candidate sourcing through multiple platforms and onboarding processes.
- Comprehend hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals to source suitable candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews via phone or video calls.
- Create shortlisted profiles matching job criteria and cultural fit.
- Arrange interviews coordinating between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and trackers systematically.
Candidate Eligibility
Candidates should be able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship onsite starting between 8th September and 13th October 2026. Suitable applicants must possess relevant skills and interests applicable to talent acquisition roles.
Compensation and Benefits
