About the Internship
Senso Vision System, a technology consulting and development startup specializing in computer vision, drone automation, IoT, and machine learning, invites applications for a six-month full-time internship in Supply Chain Management based in Bangalore. Selected interns will engage deeply with inventory and supply chain operations to gain hands-on experience and contribute to optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing inventory utilizing Zoho Inventory for precise monitoring of stock quantities and movements.
- Analyze and handle supply chain data proficiently using advanced MS Excel techniques.
- Coordinate effectively with vendors and logistics providers to assure punctual procurement and delivery.
- Support vendor management activities including maintaining documentation, conducting follow-ups, and tracking vendor performance.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and scheduling deliveries with the aid of Zoho tools and internal software.
- Utilize task management systems to monitor daily tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Identify inefficiencies within supply chain processes and propose actionable improvements.
- Maintain detailed records of supply chain operations and prepare regular weekly progress reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be able to commit full-time, in-office internship from 31st August to 8th October 2026 start, lasting six months.
- Candidates should possess relevant skills and interests aligned with supply chain management.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities are essential.
- Applicants must demonstrate knowledge of operations, supply chain, and inventory management principles.
- Proficiency with relevant technologies and tools, including Zoho Inventory and MS Excel, is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment is necessary.
- The internship is suited for those currently pursuing or recently graduated in supply chain management, business, or related disciplines.
