Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Executive Intern, your key daily tasks will include:
- Assisting in sourcing and evaluating candidates for diverse roles.
- Organizing interviews and managing scheduling details.
- Updating and maintaining candidate information and job advertisements.
- Supporting onboarding and introductory sessions for recruits.
- Researching current recruitment methodologies and trends.
- Collaborating with colleagues on recruitment projects and other organizational initiatives.
- Providing occasional administrative support as required.
