About the Internship

This hands-on internship offers comprehensive exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, training, HR consulting, client communication, HR technology, and real-time organizational projects. It is designed for individuals eager to learn, make meaningful contributions, and cultivate a career in human resources rather than merely completing an internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the complete recruitment cycle and talent sourcing activities.
• Support the design and facilitation of training and development programs.
• Serve as a liaison among candidates, employees, and clients to ensure smooth coordination.
• Engage actively in live client assignments, workshops, and training events.
• Contribute to HR documentation, process optimizations, and technology implementations.
• Participate in travel required for trainings and client visits.
• Assume responsibility for assigned duties and work with autonomy.
• Manage office administration and support operational tasks as part of the team, emphasizing cultural evaluation.

Candidate Eligibility

• Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between September 6, 2026, and October 11, 2026.
• The internship duration is fixed at three months.
• Applicants should have relevant skills and a keen interest in HR functions.
• Women seeking to start or resume their careers, fresh graduates, and freshers aspiring for HR roles are encouraged to apply.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Open to aspiring graduates, and holders of BBA, BA, BSc in Psychology, or HR degrees.
• Preference given to candidates with MBA/PGDM in HR or MA/MSc in Psychology or related fields.
• Experience range from 0 to 2 years; fresh candidates in HR and Psychology are welcome.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

• Prior training or recruitment experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranges from ₹6,000 to ₹17,000, composed of a fixed pay (₹5,000 to ₹15,000) plus incentives (₹1,000 to ₹2,000).
• Successful interns may receive a job offer with an annual salary between ₹300,000 and ₹325,000.
