About the Internship
This internship provides the opportunity to rigorously test Brew TV's applications across multiple platforms including mobile, web, and OTT/TV. Interns will be responsible for verifying new features, updates, and releases to ensure functionality and performance meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive tests covering functional, regression, exploratory, and negative scenarios on Brew TV’s mobile apps, web interface, and OTT/TV platforms.
- Detect bugs, unusual cases, and unexpected behavior by adopting a customer-centric approach and considering scenarios beyond conventional usage.
- Record and communicate issues with clarity, detailing the reproduction process, expected versus actual outcomes, and other pertinent information.
- Conduct retesting after bugs are fixed and perform regression analysis to confirm that new updates do not disrupt existing functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to debug, reproduce, and solve issues prior to product releases.
- Support the release validation process to uphold Brew TV’s quality standards across all supported platforms.
- Assist in enhancing test cases, quality assurance methodologies, documentation, and gradually acquire knowledge of automation and additional testing tools.
Eligibility and Who Can Apply
Candidates must be Computer Science Engineering students and meet these criteria:
- Available to commit full-time on-site internship for a period of six months.
- Able to start the internship between September 9, 2026, and October 14, 2026.
- Possess relevant interests and skillsets related to software testing and quality assurance.
Compensation and Perks
- Monthly stipend between INR 10,000 and 15,000.
