This internship offers an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in organizing and managing video shoots while also engaging with the audience on screen.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-production by creating schedules, scouting locations, preparing shot lists, and sourcing necessary props to ensure smooth shoot preparation.
• Assist during shoots by managing call times, coordinating movements of talents, and ensuring all crew needs are met for timely execution.
• Experience production logistics by overseeing various moving parts of a shoot, anticipating challenges, and solving issues on the spot.
• Act as a communication bridge between the production team and office staff by distributing call sheets and aligning everyone on daily goals.
• Perform as on-screen talent in videos—whether in hosting roles, supporting parts, or skits—bringing enthusiasm and expressiveness to children’s content.

Who You Are

• An enthusiastic filmmaker or content creator with a vibrant personality who enjoys both production work and on-camera roles; existing Instagram or YouTube experience is beneficial.
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, capable of taking direction and delivering engaging performances for young audiences.
• A current student or recent graduate pursuing or holding a degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related fields, passionate about video production.
• Keen to expand your knowledge beyond student projects, eager to understand professional production workflows.

Skills and Attributes

• Effective organisational abilities to manage scheduling, equipment, personnel, and multiple production tasks efficiently.
• A proactive mindset, ready to assist independently without waiting for detailed guidance.
• Ability to maintain composure and focus in fast-moving production environments, applying problem-solving skills promptly.
• Bonus: Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, and a genuine interest in children’s entertainment content.

Internship Details

• Internship Duration: 6 months
• Start Date: Immediate availability required between September 1, 2026, and October 6, 2026
• Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India (onsite)
• Stipend: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month

• Dress Code: Casual attire
• Certificate of internship completion provided.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to commit full-time onsite for the entire 6-month duration.
